• Provide a move-in/move-out inspection

• Mail a monthly statement to you detailing income and expenses

• Provide required written notices for termination or renewal of lease
  
  
• File Landlord/Tenant and/or Order of Possession if necessary for breached lease
  
  
• Disclose disposition of security deposit at termination of lease as required by law
